When I started my weight loss journey two years ago I came to realize that it wasn’t going to be that easy. Even though I had been working out 4–5 times a week, I just couldn’t lose those extra kilos.
One thing that did help was doing a 24-hour fast when I was drinking only water and herbal tea. Whenever I would need to boost my calorie burn I would do that to reset my digestion. As that helped I decided to take it further and do a juice cleanse. I wanted to follow a program, to ensure I’d get enough calories in the day and to find recipes for fresh juices.
